Except when confirmed otherwise, the following supply requirements apply to any New Ivex Machines.

The price quoted is valid for your acceptance foa period of 7 days.
Immediate transport if stock is available, otherwise, approximately 90 days or 3 months upon receipt of order confirmation and subject to final confirmation from manufacturer at the time of order placement. These are also subject to the holidays of the origin country. Subsequently, transportation of machine from factory to Manila Port as well as local customs clearance are subject to changes according to the local authority and holidays.
The warranty begins from the date of machine delivery. The machine is warranted against any manufacturing defects for 12 months on non-wear & tear parts from the date of delivery of the machine. A one year warranty period for mechanical parts and 6 months warranty for electrical parts will be provided.
The delivered goods remain our property until all claims for payment, including future claims resulting from our contactual obligations with the client have been met.
Piping materials, piping installation, all electrical, water and compressed air supplies, hydraulic oil, any wallworks, fork lift and cranes to re-position existing machines in the plant and any others not expressively mentioned the quotation. All installation equipment to be supplied by the client or buyer.
