SHD Series - Drying & Dehumidifying

The SHD Series is the standard version in Shini’s Drying & Dehumidifying Department. The SHD is the entry-level because of its versatility and all around quality. Other options include larger capacities and auto loading options for more automation.


Five Values for Customers:

  • Adopts Hot Air Diffuser to keep plastics dry and stabilize the temperature
  • All contact surfaces are made from stainless steel to eliminate material contamination
  • Has a Maximum Drying Temperature of 160°C
  • Equipped with an External Power Switch to ensure fast, safe, and convenient shut-off

SAL Series - Feeding & Conveying

The SAL Series is the standard version in Shini’s Feeding & Conveying Department. The SAL is the entry-level because of its versatility and all around quality. This version has the option for Vacuum attachment to ensure multiple hopper can be used.

SSM Series - Dosing & Mixing

The SSM Series is the storage mixer in Shini’s Dosing & Mixing Department. The SSM is a large batch mixer used for mixing plastics such as Raw Materials, Masterbatch, and Recycled Materials.


Five Values for Customers:

  • Vertically Mounted Blending Screw & Cylinder ensure even mixing of materials
  • Top assembly is easily removable for easy cleaning
  • 0 ~ 300 Hours Auto-Stop Function
  • Has Caster Wheels and is Height Adjustable for easy movement
  • Fast & Efficient Ivex Service to ensure minimum production delay for the customer

SG Series - Granulating & Recycling

The SG-N Series is the Low Speed Granulator in Shini’s Granulating & Recycling Department. The SG-N is a Low Speed, High Torque Granulator used for crushing sprue and rejects.


Five Values for Customers:

  • A combination of Staggered & Unfixed Blades ensure cutting efficiency
  • Low Speed ensures well-proportioned granules and low dust levels
  • Optional magnet installation allows for capturing metal impurities
  • Motor directly drives the blades to which saves on overall maintenance
  • Fast & Efficient Ivex Service to ensure minimum production delay for the customer

STM-W Series - Heating & Cooling

The STM-W Series is the Water Heater in Shini’s Heating & Cooling Department. The STM-W is a Water Heater used to increase or maintain the temperature of a mold to ensure it is as close as possible to theoretically desired temperatures.


Five Values for Customers:

  • Standard STM-W can reach 120°C but can go higher if needed
  • P.I.D. Multi-Stage Temperature Control System has a temperature tolerance of ±0.5°C
  • Multiple Safety Mechanisms from electronics to pressure safety
  • Controller has 3.2″ LCD for easy use and operation
  • Fast & Efficient Ivex Service to ensure minimum production delay for the customer

SS Series - Automation Solution

The SS Series is the Swing_Arm Robot in Shini’s Automation Solution Department. The SS Series Robot is designed for rapid an precise removal of sprue and runner from the Injection Molding Machine, and places them into the conveyor or directly into the granulator for recycling.

Five Values for Customers:

  • Suitable for Injection Molding Machines under 250T Clamping Force with other options for Larger tonnage machines
  • Employs Rack and Pinion System to reduce damage to cylinders
  • Adjustable Gripper with Sensor ensure minimal to zero errors during automation
  • Branded Pneumatic Accessories & Removable Electric Circuit allow for long robot life
